Pre-registration will be available through Tuesday, March 5. Onsite registration will open at 8 a.m. on Friday, March 8.

Parking and Directions:
Attendees may park in the Visitor’s Parking Garage on 12th Street and San Jacinto Street. For additional parking info, please visit: http://www.tspb.texas.gov/plan/parking/parking.html
A boxed lunch will be provided to registered attendees. Please note if you have special dietary needs, you may wish to bring a lunch or purchase a lunch in the Capitol Grill.
What to Wear:
Please wear professional attire (business casual) or your white lab coats if you plan to do legislative visits.
If you signed up for legislative visits prior to February 15, you will be assigned times to visit particular offices. Visits will take place between 1-4 p.m. Please note that if you signed up for legislative visits after, February 15 we will try our best to schedule a visit for you, but cannot guarantee a scheduled visit with your legislator.
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than February 15, 2019. Send requests to Bella Key at firstname.lastname@example.org or via mail at 4425 S MoPac, Building III, Suite 405, Austin, TX 78735. Cancellations can also be faxed to (512) 291-6225. All cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after February 15, 2019. Cancellation refunds will be issued within 1-2 weeks.
