Exhibitor Badge Deadline
August 20, 2018

Please complete the name badge form and note if you wish to purchase breakfast on Friday and Saturday or lunch on Friday. If you purchase any of these items, a meal voucher will be provided to you upon exhibitor check-in.

Exhibitor Staff Badge Rules & Regulations

  • Complimentary Exhibitor Staff Badges: You receive Two (2) complimentary badges per booth.
  • Additional Exhibitor Staff Badges:  Exhibitors may purchase additional booth staff badges for a fee of $25.00 per person.
  • Exhibitor staff must wear their exhibitor badges at all times:  No one will be allowed on the exhibit floor for any reason without a badge.
  • Each person should pick up his/her own badge and must be prepared to show a valid photo ID and/or a business card with company identification.
  • Exhibitors who lose, forget or misplace their badge will be assessed a $5.00 replacement fee.

Exhibitor Meals

Coffee service is provided to exhibitors; however, meals are not provided. If you would like to purchase a breakfast or lunch voucher, you may purchase in advance when you provide your information for your name badges. Meal vouchers are available for purchase for $25 each for Friday breakfast, Friday lunch and Saturday breakfast.
