Pre-Conference Registration is now closed. Onsite registration will be available as of 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5 and will remain open throughout the conference. Onsite registrants will be able to attend any session that is not full (currently we only have 3 full sessions).

Pre-conference workshops are an additional fee and begin on Thursday, September 6. TNPF Walk-a-Thon
Saturday, September 8, 2018
7:00 – 8:00 am
Enjoy an invigorating walk on Saturday morning to benefit Texas Nurse Practitioners Foundation (TNPF). Participants are eligible for prizes and will receive a goodie bag. A special prize will be awarded to the walker who raises the most money for TNPF. The district raising the most money for TNPF will be recognized. You are encouraged to commit and collect from sponsors prior to coming to the conference. Registration is $15. If you prefer not to walk please consider making a donation to TNFP. So, come join us and have fun while raising money for TNPF.

These piano players aren’t like the ones found in a nice restaurant. These guys rock; and they’re taking YOUR requests and creating a new show every night...YOUR show!!! So, get ready and join us at Louie Louie’s Piano Bar. Shuttle bus service will be provided continuously from 7-10:30 between the Sheraton and Louie Louie’s Piano Bar. Light snacks will be provided and a cash bar.

Please remember that Thursday, September 6 will be the Pre-Conference Workshops and the General Conference will be Friday, September 7 through Sunday, September 9 (concluding by noon).

Register for SPG® More Nights, More Starpoints® and earn from April 16 through July 20, 2018. Starting with your third night, you’ll earn 250 bonus Starpoints for nights you spend with SPG.

Any conference registration cancellations must be sent in writing to by August 17, 2018. Please note that a $25 fee will be assessed upon cancellation. Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing refunds. 


In order to reduce expenses without raising registration fees, we will be providing a concession style breakfast and lunch. Attendees will be provided with vouchers in which they can use to purchase breakfast and lunch items.
