As a student, new or recent graduate of an NP program, or seasoned NP who would like a refresher, please join us on May 31, 2019 at The Embassy Suites in San Marcos, for a one-day conference to prepare you to successfully begin your new role as a Nurse Practitioner!

Interested in a professional headshot? A professional photographer will be available on Friday, May 31 at Entry to Practice during the lunch hour and the afternoon breaks. No appointments are necessary. You will receive a digital image of your professional photo 2-3 weeks after the conference via email. Photos are $25 - purchase here. Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity, as it will beneficial when you enter the professional workplace.

Self parking is complimentary for hotel guests and conference attendees and valet parking is available for $12. 

The negotiated room rate is $152 single/double/triple or quad and is based on availability through Thursday May 9, 2019.


Cancellation Policy:

Entry into Practice: From RN to NP cancellations must be made in writing no later than May 17, 2019. Send requests to Bella Key at bella@texasnp.org or via mail at 4425 S MoPac, Building III, Suite 405, Austin, TX 78735. Cancellations can also be faxed to (512) 291-6225. All cancellations are subject to a $15 processing fee. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after May 17, 2019. Cancellation refunds will be issued within 1-3 weeks.
