Pre-registration is now open online and will be available until Wednesday, March 4th. We will do our best to schedule a legislative office visit if you register by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14th. Onsite registration will open at 8 a.m. on Friday, March 6.

A boxed lunch will be provided to registered attendees. Please note if you have special dietary needs, you may wish to bring a lunch or purchase a lunch in the Capitol Grill.
What to Wear:
Please wear professional attire (business casual) or your white lab coats if you plan to do legislative visits.
If you signed up for legislative visits prior to February 14, we are doing our best to assign you times to visit particular offices. Visits will take place between 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Please note that if you signed up for legislative visits after, February 14 we will try our best to schedule a visit for you, but cannot guarantee a scheduled visit with your legislator.

Cancellations can also be faxed to (512) 291-6225. All cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after February 14, 2020.
