Registration:

Pre-registration is now open online and will be available until Wednesday, March 4th. We will do our best to schedule a legislative office visit if you register by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14th.  Onsite registration will open at 8 a.m. on Friday, March 6.

Parking and Directions:

Attendees may park in the Visitor’s Parking Garage on 12th Street and San Jacinto Street. For additional parking info, please visit: http://www.tspb.texas.gov/plan/parking/parking.html 

 

Food:

A boxed lunch will be provided to registered attendees.  Please note if you have special dietary needs, you may wish to bring a lunch or purchase a lunch in the Capitol Grill. 

 

What to Wear:

Please wear professional attire (business casual) or your white lab coats if you plan to do legislative visits.

 

Legislative Visits:

If you signed up for legislative visits prior to February 14, we are doing our best to assign you times to visit particular offices. Visits will take place between 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Please note that if you signed up for legislative visits after, February 14 we will try our best to schedule a visit for you, but cannot guarantee a scheduled visit with your legislator. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing no later than February 14, 2020. Send requests to Bella Stewart at bella@texasnp.org or via mail at 4425 S MoPac, Building III, Suite 405, Austin, TX 78735. Cancellations can also be faxed to (512) 291-6225. All cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after February 14, 2020. Cancellation refunds will be issued within 1-2 weeks.
