10:15 - 11:15 a.m. - APRN Policy Deep Dive

11:15 - 11:30 a.m. - Break

11:30 - 12:30 p.m. - Legislative Panel, moderated by Texas Tribune

12:30 - 1:15 p.m. - Lunch (E2.002 Legislative Conference Center)

1:15 - 4:00 p.m. - Legislative Visits in Capitol


Parking and Directions:

Attendees may park in the Visitor’s Parking Garage on 12th Street and San Jacinto Street. For additional parking info, please visit: http://www.tspb.texas.gov/plan/parking/parking.html



A boxed lunch will be provided to registered attendees.  Please note if you have special dietary needs, you may wish to bring a lunch or purchase a lunch in the Capitol Grill.


What to Wear:

Please wear professional attire (business casual) or your white lab coats if you plan to do legislative visits.


Legislative Visits:

If you signed up for legislative visits you will be assigned times to visit particular offices. Visits will take place between 1-4 p.m.


Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made in writing no later than January 19, 2018. Send requests to Bella Key at bella@texasnp.org or via mail at 4425 S MoPac, Building III, Suite 405, Austin, TX 78735. Cancellations can also be faxed to (512) 291-6225. All cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after January 19, 2018. Cancellation refunds will be issued within 1-2 weeks.
