Parking and Directions:

A boxed lunch will be provided to registered attendees. Please note if you have special dietary needs, you may wish to bring a lunch or purchase a lunch in the Capitol Grill.
What to Wear:
Please wear professional attire (business casual) or your white lab coats if you plan to do legislative visits.
If you signed up for legislative visits you will be assigned times to visit particular offices. Visits will take place between 1-4 p.m.
Cancellations must be made in writing no later than January 19, 2018. Send requests to Bella Key at email@example.com or via mail at 4425 S MoPac, Building III, Suite 405, Austin, TX 78735. Cancellations can also be faxed to (512) 291-6225. All cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after January 19, 2018. Cancellation refunds will be issued within 1-2 weeks.
