The governing body of TNP is the Board of Governors. The board supervises, controls and provides directions of the affaris, committees, publications, policies, and distribution of funds. The board may take a position and express an opinion on behalf of TNP on issues relevant to the NP profession. In addition, the board may adopt rules and regulations for the conduct of its business as are deemed necessary. The board is comprised of five officers, 15 regional representatives, 5 liaisons from other related organizations and TNP's executive director.
